Chapter: 7

The Contact
January, 22, 2013
Delest Forest, New Mexico
23:00
Ian was about to make his first move against the Officer’s Army. He was going to ambush Novway Kane’s house. Kane was a low ranking commander of the Officer’s Army. Ian was thinking about all possible ways to ambush the house. His phone then vibrated in his pocket. Ian got it out and answered it. “Do not try to contact me,” said a voice. “the recent call list on your phone will not show me.” Ian look at the caller ID.
Unlisted Caller it said. “Who are you?” Ian asked quietly. “I will not tell you, I am here to give you information, consider me a cheat sheet… a contact… the Contact” The Contact continued. “Now, Kane may be a low ranking commander and won’t be much of a problem compared to some of the other ones.” The Contact said. “Kane’s house is guarded 24/7 with some soldiers, but he also has bullet proof glass in his house, so you need to sneak in if you want to make it quick. Kane has a basement that is not guarded and it has a door leading outside and into the house. The basement is where the security system is operated. Kane is so sure that he’s protected that he doesn’t have any cameras, just the system. Hack into it and shut it down. It should be easy after this, sneak around till you see Kane and take him out. Use this information well, it may be the thing that keeps you alive…” Then the Contact hang up. Ian wondered if he could trust him… there where 2 things that could happen.

He’s telling the truth and this mission ends easily.
He’s lying and the basement is the most guarded place it the house!

Ian didn’t know what to think. This is all I got. Ian thought. He walked toward the house. Ian might be making the biggest mistake of his life… and he had made some pretty big mistakes.
